Socially Speaking aims to encourage effective social interactions, as well as improve self-esteem, listening skills, receptive and expressive language,and problem solving.
Using a variety of role-play and problem-solving activities, students are given the opportunity to practice vital skills, including:
- Greetings
- Turn taking
- Compliments
- Showing an interest in what others are saying
- Asking and answering questions
- Developing and maintaining friendships
